$1 billion luxury project that will be Australia’s largest beachfront mixed-use development and the first absolute beach front development on the Gold Coast in more than 30 years.

Quick Facts:

$1 billion joint venture by China’s largest developers.
2,700 jobs during construction.
Early works for construction commenced during 2015
Project completion planned for March 2019.
Development includes:
- Three towers,
- 512 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and luxury residences,
- About 170 hotel rooms,
- and High-end retail and dining precincts.

An Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) is a collective industrial agreement between either an employer and a trade union acting on behalf of employees or an employer and employees acting for themselves.

We are yet to find any EBA’s for this project. As we find any EBA’s they will be added to this article.
